We believe it is the right of all children to be educated in a secure environment.  We believe it is the right of all children to be loved and cherished by caring adults.

At the Learning Center we strive to give every child the opportunity to achieve at his/her highest potential level.  We are committed to providing a developmentally appropriate curriculum and a safe and positive environment for all children enrolled in the Frances Rittenhouse Learning Center.
